All work is performed at the rate of $85 per hour. 

Based on the particulars of your project and our experience of per-page averages, we will provide an estimate for your consultation.  An advance payment, equaling half the estimated fee, will be expected with your submission.  An invoice will be returned with your manuscript and feedback, with the balance of the fee due on receipt.

Manuscript Guidelines 

Manuscripts must be double-spaced with at least 1-inch margins and minimum 12-point type.  They are generally submitted in hard copy.   

Arranging a Consultation 

Please send us a brief description of your project and writing background, desired date of submission and preference of editor, if any, by e-mail (see “Contact Us.”)   One of us will respond shortly.   We will do our best to accommodate your timetable, based on your needs and our respective availabilities. 

Turn-around Time 

We will mail back each submission within one week of scheduled receipt, unless otherwise specified.

After you have reviewed the response to your work, we are available for a brief exchange, either by e-mail or telephone.
